http://alexdoctor.net news ara http://alexdoctor.net http://alexdoctor.net/banner.jpg http://alexdoctro.net أحدث الاستشارات الطبيه - قسم جراحه الأطفال- للأستاذ الدكتور / سامح شحاته-استاذ جراحه الأطفال -استشارى جراحه العيوب الخلقيه للأطفال - -كليه الطب - جامعه الاسكندريه my son who is 9 years old was born with pectus excavatum, his case is not mild or severe but it is moderate. he has been playing handball in a team, he is very active and he trains everyday during the summer for two hours. myquestion is: is there any harm on his lungs and heart from this daily excercising? does his pectus affect the normal growth of his lungs? do I need to make him stop playing sports? knowing that he doesn`t have any health complains. when do I need to consider corrective surgery? thank you for your time. ابنى ولد بخصية معلقة والاخري كانت موجودة ثم نزلت المعلققة بعد شهر ولكن الان احس ان الكيس فاضى فى احيان كثيرة عندما اغير له هل هذا الموضوع مقلق الان او فى المستقبل علما بانه عمره الان 10 شهور ونصف وهناك شؤال اخر انه لم يحبو الى الان ولم يقل بابا او ماما هل هذا طبيعى وشكرا السلا عليكم ان اسمي عبدالله من مملكة البحرين بغيت استفر عن عمليات زراعة اليد الطبيعيه في العلام هل هاذه العمليات موجوه الي يومنا هاه وهل في مستشفيات متخصص تعمل هاذه العمليا زراعة اليد الطبيعيه وشكرن اتمن ان يوصلني الرد بي اقرب وقت ممكن عبدالله من مملكة البحرين ا ... my son is 5 months and 3 weeks....i noticed 3 weeks ago blood streaks in his diaper with stool,,my pediatric whom i trust examined his abdomen and said theres nothing[i made stool ananlysis and it was normal],and told me he has anal fissure and it'll take some time to heal,,,i apply lignopanthene gel,,the blood straeks are still there but much less especially in his first bowel movement in the morning,,,,he sometimes cries and is in pain[strains] when passing out stool,,,,and he is not constipated,,,hes totally breastfed untill now,,,my doctor also adviced me to give him dentinox colic drops all the time since he has gas and colic,.,,,i'm afraid to start on solids,so he wont get constipation. what do u advice me. note:he had inguinal hernia surgery when he was 1 month old,,, ابنى كلتا خصيتيه معلقتين، اليسرى قريبه من كيس الطفن بمسافة 1سم واليمنى لم تظهر الاشعات مكانها حتى الان - علماً بان عمره سنه، نصحنى بعض الاطباء بعلاجه عن طريق الهرمونات واخرين نصحونى بالانتظار حتى يكمل عامين، رجاء التكرم بافادتى بكل المعلومات حول حالة ابنى المرضيهوطرق العلاج ووقته ، واسماء وعناوين وارقام امهر الاطباء فى هذا الخصوص بالاسكندريه حيث اننى اخطط قريباً لزيارة الاسكندريه لقضاء اجازتى الصيفيه..ولسيادتكم جزيل الشكر..هانى نصار المحامى
